There is too much sugar in our diets and researchers have now found that the effect of sugar on our body is similar to alcohol effects. Is this something we want for our children? As parents it is our responsibility to limit the amount of sugar our children eat so that they don’t experience the types of metabolic diseases which are affecting our society.
