If you are sick and tired of being a cranky Mum, feeling rundown and don’t think you have the energy to do anything. If you look at other Mums and wonder why they seem to be coping so well – guess what they probably aren’t! If you would like to be the calm Mum who everyone thinks has it all under control, then you are the type of Mum we would like to see at one of our Secret Mum’s Business events.
Secret Mum’s Business is designed to help you to be the type of Mum you want to be. At a Secret Mum’s Business event you will learn what the triggers for stress are, apart from your kids and partner. You will also learn how your body reacts to stress and how it might be causing you to experience different symptoms of feeling unwell, like low energy levels and ongoing bloating. Most importantly you will go away with some simple tools to help you to deal with the every day stress of being a Mum and learn how you can manage your diet and lifestyle so that you have more energy.
There has been a great response to the first two Secret Mum’s Business events, so over the next 6 weeks there will be more events scheduled so that as many Mums as possible can attend.

All Live Talks and Webinars are valued at $47, if you have a booking code from one of our Preferred Partners you will able to attend any event free of charge. Complimentary tickets are available from the following businesses.
