Healthy Lunch and Snack Ideas

As your kids head back to school it is often a struggle to find things to pack in their lunch boxes which provide them with the nutrients and energy they will require for an active day at school.  I have put together some suggestions which might make it a little bit easier for you.  Note that these are general suggestions and will need to be modified if your children has food sensitivities or is undertaking a treatment program at The Ambaa Tree.

Present Time Consciousness Exercise

When you are feeling stressed and overwhelmed doing the Present Time Consciousness (PTC) exercise will help to ground you and bring you into the Present.  It will help you to focus on the now and deal with how you feel right now and help you to choose to feel something else.
